Branding and design for app connecting consumers to tradespeople
Jobs Done is a new brand and a new concept; a simple way to connect consumers and tradesmen for home improvements, renovations and repairs. We helped Jobs Done create a visual identity, and supported the development of a new mobile app.
The main aim of Jobs Done is to connect customers with the tradespeople they need simply and quickly in one secure, managed place. Jobs Done also manages job quotes and payments, protecting both customers and contractors. We worked closely with the team to develop a bold, eye-catching visual brand identity that made them instantly identifiable and reflected their unique business model. We then developed a user journey – with an interactive demo in InVision – and created brand and user interface guidelines to help the development team implement our UX approach. The next phase of the project will be QA and testing, to ensure all users get a fit-for-purpose experience on launch.
